Shipping and Return Information

Shipping

All orders over $100CDN or USD (before applicable taxes) will receive free shipping and handling within Canada or the United States.

In an effort to provide the lowest cost possible on our products, our shipping prices were created to cover our costs only.

In the case that your order is less than $100, both Canadian and American orders will be charged $12.95 in their respective currencies.

Please note that additional shipping charges may apply to overweight or oversized items. Extra shipping charges will apply for Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico. Please call our toll free number for a shipping quote.

All products are shipped with Expedited Parcel Service to boh the US and Canada. Please allow 8-10 business days for delivery.


Returns

Should you wish to return a product, please contact us at info@onlinefit.com or at 1.888.766.3323. Products must be returned within 30 days of your purchase. Once we have authorized the return, your package can be shipped to 700-890 West Pender Street, Vancouver, BC, V6C 1J9. Products must be properly packaged and insured. Be sure to include your authorization number on the package.

A full refund (including shipping) or exchange will be given if the product has a manufacturer's defect.

Products without a defect will receive product value refunded once the item is received by OnlineFit.com, and shipped at buyers' expense. We reserve the right to decline returns on items that are in poor condition, or returns that have not been authorized by OnlineFit.com.
